Hey everybody! My name is Jaiden Collier, I’m 18 years old, and I’m super excited to be going on the World Race! I grew up on a little farm in Titus, Alabama and have been homeschooled most of my life. I love art, swimming, and reading. I’m kind of a go with the flow type person. I have a very close knit family that I love to laugh with. Oh, and that’s another thing… I laugh at everything.
When I was 8 years old I didn’t really know what missions were, but I knew God wanted me too tell people all over the world about Him. As I grew and learned about missions, I began to pray for God to reveal His calling for my life. I knew I was called to serve but had no idea where to even start. I began to grow anxious as I came closer to graduation with no idea of the future. Over and over I felt God tell me to trust in His timing and have faith so I continued to pray. A few months ago my mom had a friend tell her about World Race, which she then shared with me. I knew immediately that this was my next step. God was telling me, “This is it. This is what you’ve been praying for.”
God has help me grow so much this past year, and I can’t wait to share with you what He’ll do with me in the next.
